How to avail an offer using Jo App Mobile Application?

To avail the offer on Jo App application, you need to follow the following steps:

  • Download Jo App Application on your android or ios device.
  • Launch the application and register yourself following the given instructions.
  • You will receive a one time password which is to be entered in the allocated space.
  • Navigate to multiple categories and thousands of associated offers from your local vendors.
  • Tap on fix deal to confirm the deal and visit the store to enjoy the benefit.

How to make an effective search on Jo App for an offer?

On your home screen, you can swipe across the categories panel and then swipe down to go through the list of offers posted by different retailers, after comparing the offers and a nearby location you can choose an option that suits you the best. This is how you can effectively search for Jo App.

Is the transaction made using Jo App, online? Do I need to make online payment for that?

No, all you need to do is tap on “Fix Deal?” you have to then visit the store and make payment there. We don't charge anything on a deal, it's completely between the business and the customer.

What are the minimum requirements to run this app?

All you need is an Android device with version 4.1 and or an iOS device with version 9.1 and above.

I can find many attractive offers from many retailers but I don’t know how to communicate with them?

Once you come across the offer that suits you, you can always tap on that screen and view the offer summary and location of the retailer with contact details.

Do I need to carry something along with me to the store?

All you need to carry is your phone. Once you fix any deal the particular retailer receives all your details in the form of a notification. You can simply Carry your phone as your identity if and when required.

How can I fix multiple Offers at the same store for different products?

For multiple offers there are multiple deals under the same store name, You can fix a deal that you like and avail the benefits at the store.

Can I fix a deal for my friend at a store?

No, you can’t do that as you have to personally visit the store and the deal fixed by you is only applicable to your transaction.

Can I have multiple accounts?

No, as each account is linked to a unique mobile no.

How can I associate with Jo App as a partner?

To associate with Jo App Partner you need to follow the given steps

  • You need to download Jo App partner application and then get yourself registered by entering the details,
  • Once you have registered you need to contact us to register your shop with Jo app Partners.
  • We will then contact you and guide through the remaining process.
  • You can also request for a marketing associate to visit you, our team will then reach your place and get you associated with us in no time.

How can I make different offers for a different group of customers?

We do not have any such feature as of now.

Does the partner get another Login Id or password?

Partners do have separate ID and password for Jo partner app; we’ll soon be providing a separate portal for handling and updating the Offers from partner’s end.

How can I update the Offers on a daily basis?

To update the offers on daily basis all you need to do is

  • Click on “My Firm” then click on the “+” icon.
  • Select the add deal option and make your deal.

How can I get support from Jo App in case of urgency?

You can directly call on our customer care number or write to us; we will get back to you with a proper response.

How to know about the deal fixed by the customer?

When a customer will fix any deal for your store, you’ll get a notification in which you can find the customer’s details. Further identity can be verified when the customer visits the store.

How to set up an appointment feature?

To set up an appointment feature you need to follow the given step

  • Click on “My Firm” then click on the “+” icon.
  • Select the add appointment option and add the sloths and number of clients you want to entertain.
  • If you have the same schedule for all week you can use the repeat button to make the same schedule for the entire week.
  • Click on save changes to apply the changes made.

Can I edit an existing deal?

Yes, you get the option to edit the existing deal. Simply click on the deal that you wish to edit, there is an edit icon given in front of all the attributes. Edit options and save the changes.

Do I need to pay for setting up a deal?

No, we only charge you with an annual fee and you are free to use all the exciting services and updates for the entire year.

Are there any other charges other than the annual fee?

No, we do not charge any percentage of deal or any other charges. Only an annual fee is what we charge.
